Beniamino & Co. Take-Out

On Restaurant Beniamino & Co. Montreal Chef Deck says:

Bravo Mr. Beniamino for bringing the finest home made panini sandwiches to our great city. For years I craved you but, but I hadn’t met you, and now I love you. Everything you make is perfect (especially your chicken salad sandwich with walnuts, peaches, pistachios, and some other stuff)! Your salads are also top notch (the orzo salad, fennel salad, and all the others which are changed daily). I also have to mention that your hot lunch meals, which also change daily are truly flawless (scaloppini, different fishes, amazing meat loaf, fantastic meatballs, everything). Your big brother take-out / grocery store on McGill street is also just as fine according to my opinion. You guys know what’s up and never disappoint!

Food: 9.78938923/10
Atmosphere: teases you with tasty delights/10
Soul feeding quality’s: you have officially added 3 years to my life that were once taken away from smoking/10

Ate at Beniaminos a few days ago on your recommendation chef and I got to say that it was the best panini sandwich I have ever tasted. Thanks for the tip.

This is my favorite lunchplace! My colleagues and I all adopted it as our second home cause the food is exactly like homemade food from an italian mamma! salads are amazing and made with healthy and top notch qualtiy ingredients! and the fish just melts in your mouth..hmmm and the grilled vegetables are so tasty! ohhh just thinking about it makes me hungry! DEFINITELY the BEST LUNCH in town!

I concur with all of the above comments. I’ve been a fan of Beniamino ever since I started working in the Old Port two years ago. The sandwiches and salads are delicious, beautiful, and change ever so slightly every week. Spoil yourself and check this place out.

I’ve adopted Beniamino’s as well but for all my caterings. Definetely a crowd pleaser when you’re receiving !!

I work nearby. Looks good but what's up with the smell? You spend a second there and you smell like that all day, a mix of fried food and dirty rugs? They are closed for a remodelling now, hopefully the smell will be gone when they reopen. Also, from the times I actually went there, I found them a bit pricey and not very polite. Their espresso is awful too, even thjough they have a nice machine,

As usual there is always somebody who comes along with their glass half empty… I so many ways Beniamino & Co is the epicentre for great food in Old Montreal but if all you can pay attention to is the smell then you are certainly missing out. If you sweat the small stuff, go to some fancy place that smells like you, I figure your shit don’t stink. I would like to thank The guys at Beniamino & Co Mcgill for years of hard work and dedication to there craft… Great Food. Don’t be put down by any comments put forth by some bitter person looking to get their ass kissed instead of eating a great meal. I have had some of the best lunches ever at this place, and now I trek to Viger for them… They are the LUNCH & CATERING bomb.
