Chef Deck Says:
So you don’t insult the French Canadian waitresses on their Spanish heritage remember that pintxo is not tapas it’s a little taste from the Basque region of Spain. On another note the food made me very happy. I must say that the highlights of the night were the figs stuffed with choriso and sum queso, the goat queso ravioli and duck stew, and the shrooms stuffed with duck confit (there were many others but I hate to mess with short attention spans). The only flaw was seared calamari and onion confit (and a shrimp and marinated crab dish that was tasty but slightly overcooked). O ya they use very high quality salt, pepper, and olive oil (good wine list to).
$80-$120 a couple with a bottle of not the best but not the worst wine.
