Best Cha Gio (Imperial rolls) in the city! They make a great platter of stuffed grilled beef rolls with an assortment of raw vegetables, mint, basil and rice paper. Wrap and dip in nuac mam!

The Pho is decent but this is a restaurant and of course cannot compare to a dedicated soup house.

This resto has been around for at least 15 years that I can remeber and it always delivers great food.
Twan – as we know hin – has the best Tonkinese soup ever!!!!!
