Toucheh Restaurant

On Montreal Restaurant Toucheh Chef Deck says:

Toucheh (Touché) touches me in that special place that they tell you not to touch in preschool (by the way they told me, yelled at me, and scorned me, but it be such a warm nice place to rest your hand). This little Westmount gem is the only bring your own wine restaurant (byob) in the area that’s consistently good and cheap. All meals here are served as a table d’hôte that includes, home made soup, salad, main course, and dessert, all of which are under $20. Most meals have a Persian twist because of the origins of the husband wife owners (Iranian), but you can also dine on delicious Italian style dishes. My usual here is the baby calves liver that’s always seamlessly cooked to perfection. Toucheh Restaurant Montreal is sure to bring new life to those bored of the normal Westmount bistro blah, blah, blah.

Was fabulous! Excellent food, everything was extremely fresh and delicious and well priced.

A definite must if you want something off the beaten path in the middle of everything

Seriously this place is tres cool. They know what to do with herbs, the starter soups are always delicious and the mains are yummy, well-valued and full of flavour. Love the garlic linguine that comes as a side on many dishes too. It’s all in the details, and they have those covered. We live in the area and will continue to go back again and again!

Believing those reviews I went to this restaurant . HUGE disappointment, 20$ for a pasta dish that would be better at home. Way too much garlic, way too much salt. The kind of food you would have in a 6$ restaurant near a highway.
